Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is centred on respect, choice, and dignity. We believe people with disability are experts in their own lives, and our role is to support their goals through person-centred, flexible, and responsive services.
We uphold choice and control, involve participants in all decisions about their supports, and adapt our services to meet the unique needs of individuals, particularly in regional and remote communities.
Guided by safety, integrity, and accountability, we deliver supports in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and focus on building trusting, respectful relationships that empower participants to live meaningful and connected lives.
Our Story
Our organisation was founded to address the service gaps experienced by people with disability living in regional and remote areas, where access to consistent and reliable supports can be limited.
We recognised that many participants and families required not just services, but trusted partnerships built on understanding local communities, cultural contexts, and the realities of distance and infrastructure challenges.
Since our establishment, we have remained committed to delivering supports that are responsive, respectful, and designed around the individual needs and goals of each participant.
Our Mission
Ada Support provides high-quality, person-centred disability support services that promote independent living and community participation.
We are committed to meeting the NDIS Practice Standards through professional service delivery, continuous improvement, and strong governance.
